Villa Xalvador is a super modern, detached villa that offers complete privacy along with a large private 12×3 meter pool. The villa is surrounded by several solar and covered terraces, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Spanish sun. Located in an authentic Spanish village, amidst nature, this villa is centrally located and close to popular resorts and beaches on the Costa Brava. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there is enough space for two families.
The spacious living room has a high ceiling and is divided into a cozy sitting area and a modern kitchen with separate dining area. From every corner you have a view of the terrace and pool, with an old orchard in the background. The kitchen has an induction cooktop and luxury appliances, including a breakfast bar for breakfast and coffee. Behind the kitchen is a utility room with laundry room and extra freezer. Both television and internet are excellent.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. Good box-spring beds and air conditioning provide extra comfort. The bathrooms are spacious and luxuriously finished with walk-in showers. On the loft is a fourth sleeping area with two extra beds and a large terrace with lounge set and panoramic views.
The pool has built-in stairs, an outdoor shower and a full-length fixed lounge sofa. The large outdoor terrace has several comfortable seating areas and sunbeds, ideal for enjoying the tranquility and unobstructed views. In the evening, the villa and pool are attractively lit, adding to the ambiance of a balmy summer evening. A stay at Villa Xalvador is a unique vacation experience.
To the side of the villa is a sheltered courtyard garden with even more space for relaxation. Whistling birds and views over the idyllic village provide the ultimate vacation feeling. A long dining table with barbecue area completes the picture.

Villa Xalvador is located in the typical Catalan village of Siurana d'Empordà, with only 160 inhabitants. This authentic village seems as if time has stood still here. Within walking distance you will find the village house with a café-restaurant, perfect for breakfast or lunch.
The village offers plenty of peace, space and nature, in the middle of a beautiful hiking and cycling area. Just a 10-15 minute drive away are popular coastal towns such as L'Escala, Empuriabrava, Roses and Cadaqués, with the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava.
In Siurana, guests can visit the organic winery Vins de Taller where you can walk through the beautiful vineyards and enjoy strong red wine. The cheese dairy Mas Mercè, with its own organic sheep farm, is also worth a visit. Here you can taste excellent sheep cheese and yogurt.
The nearby city of Figueres is the birthplace of surrealist painter Salvador Dalí. A visit to the world famous Teatre-Museu Dalí is a must, but the historic city has more surprises in store for you. With many restaurants, beautiful stores and a typical Spanish Rambla, Figueres offers a complete experience.
Larger cities such as Girona and Barcelona are easily accessible. From Figueres you can travel by TGV/high-speed train to the center of Barcelona in just 50 minutes, or to old Girona in less than 15 minutes.
