The master bedroom has a double bed, a private bathroom and also direct access to the terrace - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee outdoors.
The top floor offers another bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a private terrace. From here you have a beautiful view of the pool, the garden, and the surrounding hills.
The spacious dining and living room are the heart of the villa, perfect for cozy evenings with the whole family. This space is directly connected to a separate, fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you step out onto the L-shaped veranda, where you can relax or dine together overlooking the garden and pool. A few steps take you to the spacious 10×5 meter private pool, surrounded by comfortable sunbeds, a lounge set and lazy chairs for ultimate relaxation.
Adjacent to the garden and pool, on the lower level you will find a large family room, set up for relaxation and fun. Whether you want to play a game of pool, darts, or just relax with an extra TV - this room has it all. There is also an extra refrigerator here, along with a washer, dryer and separate toilet. Everything is there for a worry-free vacation!
The villa also features a separate barbecue area, an atmospheric space where the walls and ceiling are completely overgrown. This shaded area invites you to dine long evenings while enjoying the view of the garden and the surrounding nature.
