Inside, Villa Luna is fully air-conditioned and tastefully decorated. The bright living room, separate dining area and spacious kitchen with pantry - including washer and dryer - offer everything for a relaxing stay. Through the sliding doors you can walk straight into the garden. Fiber optic internet is available and the smart TV gives access to your favorite apps.
The villa has three spacious double bedrooms with new comfortable box-spring beds. There are two luxurious bathrooms, of which the main bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, walk-in shower and double sink. The second bathroom has a modern shower and there is also an additional guest toilet. All rooms have air conditioning, shutters and plenty of closet space.
The garden of about 600 m² is located both at the front and the back of the villa and offers plenty of privacy, beautiful views and a fine alternation between sun and shade. You will find four luxurious sunbeds, a comfortable lounge set and a dining table for long evenings in the open air. Thanks to the fully enclosed garden, Villa Luna is also very suitable for a vacation with dogs - pets are very welcome here. A barbecue completes outdoor living and makes for relaxed dinners under the Spanish sky.
Right across from Villa Luna is the large new swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious sunbathing area with palm trees and shade trees that provide natural cooling. It almost feels like having your own private pool: quiet, never crowded and easily accessible. The uncluttered layout and relaxed atmosphere also make this pool ideal for families with small children. For added comfort, outdoor showers are available.
Villa Luna has excellent handicap accessibility. Thanks to the ground floor layout, wide doors and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, the villa is wheelchair-friendly. The kitchen is also practically laid out with countertops on both sides, making the house very suitable for wheelchair users.
The villa has its own driveway and private parking. Plenty of free parking spaces and several charging stations are available in the immediate vicinity, including a 50+ kWh fast charger for electric cars.

Fancy a day by the sea? Popular seaside resorts such as Cadaqués, Roses, Empuriabrava and L'Escala are nearby and are ideal for a relaxing day at the beach.
The resort offers more than just an 18-hole golf course. You will find a modern sports and wellness center with fitness facilities, tennis courts, a spa, kids club and various beauty treatments. Perfect for those who want to stay active or completely relax during their vacation.
Within walking distance of Villa Luna you will find two excellent restaurants. In addition, in the vicinity are attractive Spanish villages with cozy eateries where you can enjoy local and international cuisine.

The first deposit is about 35% of the rent. At least 8 weeks before arrival you pay the second deposit (approx. 35%) and the rest you pay on arrival. Exact amounts are on your booking confirmation, and you pay by bank. Read all information about payments on our page about booking and payment.
That depends on the period, but usually this is possible. We then block the villa for a while so you have the assurance that the desired period is not rented to someone else.
