We are located on the Costa Brava but operate throughout Spain. We know the area in detail, speak the language fluently and have a wide network. This allows us to quickly schedule a viewing but we also know how to negotiate sharply. So you never pay too much!
In four steps to your own home in Spain
Step 1: Search
Right by the sea or rural in a village? Detached with private pool or a Spanish farmhouse? With your specific wishes, we start looking for your second home in Spain. Then we will explore the area together and discuss the results.
Step 2: Price and Negotiation
Once we find your dream home, we take a critical look at the permits, registrations and title deeds. Is the asking price correct? Is the valuation in order, and who are we dealing with? In consultation we make an initial offer and start negotiations with the sellers. Together we arrive at the best deal!
Step 3: Funding
Do you need a mortgage in Spain? That's no problem at all. We have good inputs with the major Spanish banks and we will make sure that you are helped with a suitable mortgage as soon as possible.
Step 4: Purchase contract and Notary
We review the purchase contracts and other important documents of the house so you don't overlook anything and know what you are buying. On the day of the notary transfer, we go with you to explain and translate everything so you can sign the official deed of sale with confidence. Congratulations! You are now the owner of a house in Spain.

Apply for NIE number
If you want to buy a house in Spain you need an NIE number. But what exactly is an NIE? It is a a tax identification number for Foreigners or in Spanish Número de Identificación de Extranjeros (NIE). It is a unique, personal and exclusive number that the Directorate General of Police assigns to foreigners.
You won't get far in Spain without an NIE, because even for a phone subscription or power connection, you will be asked for this number.
You can apply for an NIE yourself at the Spanish embassy in your home country. Is there any urgency, or do you need help? For our clients, we apply for the NIE numbers directly in Spain.
