Villa Mas Fumats has a spacious and attractive living room, equipped with air conditioning and separate sitting and dining area. Through a wide sliding door you enter directly on the sunny terrace and the refreshing swimming pool. The semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances and all necessary amenities, including a washer and dryer in the utility room. Work or stream easily thanks to the separate work area and the high-speed fiber optic internet connection. The television has stream functions, so you can easily view apps from your phone or tablet on the screen.
Master Bedroom: This beautiful bedroom has its own modern bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, walk-in shower including rain shower, as well as a spacious wardrobe. In addition, there is an extra guest toilet.
Guesthouse 1 – Hotel Suite: A spacious suite with private bathroom, cloakroom, air conditioning and terrace.
Guesthouse 2 – Tower Room: A charming air-conditioned room with a cozy sun terrace and beautiful sea views.
Please note that the guesthouses are not directly accessible from the inside, which may be less suitable for small children.
In total there are six fixed berths. For a seventh and eighth person, a folding bed can be added. The guest accommodations are never rented separately and are ideal for extra privacy.
The cosy sun terrace is equipped with spacious sunbeds and a fixed mosaic sofa where you can relax. Enjoy the private swimming pool (8x4m) with built-in stairs and the patio with outdoor shower. The covered terrace has a nice outdoor table and lounge set, perfect for cozy meals. For extra shade, there is an electrically operated awning, which provides an atmospheric ambiance on warm summer evenings.
The villa has a beautifully landscaped garden of approximately 1500m2, complete with lemon and orange trees. The private driveway offers parking space for one car, and several free parking spaces are available directly in front of the villa.

This unique location offers direct access to the Cap de Creus protected natural area and is surrounded by idyllic coves and charming coastal towns such as Cadaqués and Empuriabrava. It is an exclusive destination with extensive tourist facilities.
El Mas Fumats has a popular jeu-de-boules court and a cozy restaurant where fresh rolls are served in the morning. Just a 3-minute drive away you will find large supermarkets such as Lidl, Carrefour and Mercadona, while the nearby beaches are quickly accessible with their restaurants, breakfast places and shops. Parking isn't a problem here, and if you drive the other way, a scenic route leads through Cap de Creus to the picturesque fishing village of Cadaqués.
Just 15 km away is Figueres, an attractive Spanish town with a lively Rambla and world famous for the Salvador Dalí Museum. A visit to this museum is a must, but Figueres also offers a Spanish fruit and vegetable market on Saturday mornings and plenty of shops and restaurants, including cozy tapas bars that are open until late. Also discover the unique Dalí bread from Maia Bakery in the center, inspired by Dalí's surrealist art.
With the high-speed TGV train, cities such as Girona and Barcelona are easily accessible: Girona can be reached in less than 15 minutes and the centre of Barcelona in just 50 minutes.
