This central location offers easy access to numerous authentic villages and well-known seaside resorts. Just 3 minutes away you will find the prestigious Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort.
Want a day at the beach or an intimate cove? Popular seaside resorts such as Cadaqués, Roses, Empuriabrava and L'Escala are just a 20-25 minute drive away. The village of Avinyonet de Puigventós has a café and a mini-supermarket where you can get fresh rolls in the morning. There are also several large supermarkets nearby for all your shopping needs.
Right behind the house you will find a walking area with child-friendly zones, including playgrounds and a soccer field. Around it is a large area to walk your dog, where dogs are also allowed to run and play off-leash. For golf lovers, the nearby Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort offers a beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf course, a large sports and wellness center with a wide range of activities for all ages, and two restaurants.
