In his childhood home, the character of the future genius of surrealism was forged, characterized by confrontations with his authoritarian father; the absence of a mother, who died prematurely; his relationship with his sister, who always idolized him; and the shadow of a brother who died only nine months before his birth and from whom he inherited the name.

A visit to the house takes about an hour and is conducted with an audio guide, included in the ticket price and available in Catalan, Spanish, English and French. To maximize the experience during the visit, the visit is conducted every 10 minutes in groups of 8 people. It is requested to be present 10 minutes before the start.
