The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, making it ideal for families, two families or a group of friends who want to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable vacation together.
Inside, Villa Oliveta offers a spacious, attractively furnished living room with a separate dining area. Large sliding doors open to both the front and rear terraces and can be closed with stylish shutters for extra privacy and cooling.
The modern semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances, an extensive kitchen inventory and everything you need for a worry-free vacation. Of course, there is high-speed internet and a smart TV for entertainment.
The villa has four generous double bedrooms, three of which are on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom; the other two bedrooms share a second bathroom. Upstairs is a fourth bedroom with, again, an en suite bathroom.
All bedrooms have quality beds and spacious closets. Two rooms have air conditioning, which keeps even warm summer nights pleasant. Thanks to its layout, this villa is particularly suitable for two families traveling together.
The large private pool is the heart of the beautifully landscaped garden. With built-in stairs, outdoor shower and comfortable sunbeds, this is the ideal place to relax. The garden offers several seating areas and a large outdoor table, so there is always a nice spot in the sun or shade.
At the front of the villa is also an attractive garden, allowing you to choose where to sit at any time of day. The backyard with swimming pool faces south.

Thanks to its convenient location you are within minutes to several hiking and biking trails, charming villages such as Besalú, Peralada and Castelló d'Empúries and the wide sandy beaches of the Costa Brava.
Figueres, known for the Dalí Museum, is just around the corner and offers cozy terraces, excellent restaurants and many stores. Supermarkets and bakeries for daily shopping are also a short distance away.
At the Torremirona Resort itself you will find an 18-hole golf course, a luxury spa, tennis courts and various sports facilities - ideal for those who want to combine relaxation and activity.

Thanks to its central location, you can reach well-known coastal towns such as Cadaqués, Roses, Empuriabrava and L'Escala - ideal for a relaxing day at the beach.
Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort offers a wide range of facilities for young and old. From the internationally popular 18-hole golf course to a modern sports and wellness center with fitness rooms, tennis courts and a luxury spa. You will also find a kids club, hairdresser and beautician. Within walking distance of the villa you can visit two excellent restaurants serving local and international cuisine.
