Villa Oliveta features a spacious and cozy living room with a separate dining area. The large sliding doors give access to both the front and rear terraces, which can be easily closed with stylish shutters for extra comfort and privacy. The modern, semi-open kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances and a comprehensive inventory - ideal for a carefree vacation. Of course, a smart TV and high-speed internet are provided, so you always stay connected to home.
The villa offers three spacious double bedrooms, two of which are on the first floor. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, built-in closets and charming louvered shutters. Two bedrooms are air-conditioned, so you can enjoy a pleasant temperature even during hot summer nights. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed and, if desired, additional folding beds can be added, so the villa can be flexibly adapted to your party.
The spacious private pool is centrally located in the beautifully landscaped garden and features built-in stairs and an outdoor shower. On the sunbeds you can fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view. The various seating areas and the large outdoor table ensure that there is always a nice place in the sun or in the shade to relax. The well maintained garden offers complete privacy and tranquility, ideal for a relaxing vacation under the Spanish sun.
Villa Oliveta features a private driveway and parking for one car, with plenty of free parking in the street in addition. The villa is conveniently located with numerous recreational opportunities in the immediate vicinity, including beautiful hiking and cycling routes and cultural trips to charming villages such as Besalú and Peralada. The exclusive location offers peace and quiet, while within a short distance you will find the most beautiful seaside resorts and popular beaches. Restaurants and stores are nearby, and for daily shopping or fresh bread there are several supermarkets and bakeries just a few minutes' drive away. The nearby town of Figueres, famous for the Dalí museum, also offers a wide range of stores, cozy terraces and a lively atmosphere.

This luxury resort is surrounded by the beautiful countryside of the Empordà region, with panoramic views of both the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea. Thanks to its central location, you can reach well-known coastal towns such as Cadaqués, Roses, Empuriabrava and L'Escala - ideal for a relaxing day at the beach.
Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort offers a wide range of facilities for young and old. From the internationally popular 18-hole golf course to a modern sports and wellness center with fitness rooms, tennis courts and a luxury spa. You will also find a kids club, hairdresser and beautician. Within walking distance of the villa you can visit two excellent restaurants serving local and international cuisine. For daily shopping, the village of Navata is nearby, with bakeries and supermarkets just a few minutes' drive away.
