Villa Nova is a modern and attractive villa located in the exclusive Torremirona Resort, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Costa Brava. With its fully enclosed garden, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and new box-spring beds, this villa offers the perfect comfort for families who want to enjoy peace, space, and quality without any worries. With room for 8 people, Villa Nova is ideal for one large family or two families who want to vacation together. The large communal swimming pool is just a few meters away and is a wonderful place to swim or relax on the spacious sunbathing lawn.
The bright living room has been carefully decorated and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. A separate dining area and a modern semi-open kitchen complete the living space. The wide sliding doors lead directly onto the sunny terrace, creating a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. The villa is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with high-speed internet, television, books, and magazines for relaxing moments.
Villa Nova has four comfortable double bedrooms, all equipped with luxurious box-spring beds for an excellent night's sleep. Two of the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bedroom on the ground floor has its own bathroom and is ideal for guests who prefer not to climb stairs.
The first floor features three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, including a walk-in shower and bathtub. Thanks to its generous and well-thought-out layout, the villa is particularly suitable for two families traveling together, with ample space and privacy for everyone.
The large private garden of approximately 350 m² faces south and is completely fenced in. This ensures plenty of privacy and makes the villa extra safe for children. The covered terrace invites you to spend long evenings outside, while the sunny terrace and the attractively overgrown pergola offer wonderful places to spend the day. Comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers complete the garden. Thanks to the fence, the villa is also suitable for guests who like to bring their dogs. From the garden, you can walk straight to the large swimming pool, which is very child-friendly thanks to its tranquility and space.
The area around Torremirona is known for its tranquility, space, and Mediterranean charm. Authentic villages, green landscapes, and the wide beaches of the Costa Brava are just a short distance away. Within twenty minutes, you can reach places such as Cadaqués, Roses, Empuriabrava, and Figueres, and Girona and Barcelona are also easily accessible. This makes Villa Nova an ideal base for both beach lovers and active vacationers.

A short drive away is one of Spain's most beautiful coastlines, with beaches to suit every taste: wide, child-friendly sandy beaches in Roses, Empuriabrava, and L'Escala, small hidden coves such as Cala Montgó, and beautiful natural beaches where dogs are welcome. Because the coastline here is so varied, you can choose a different beach every day — ideal for families, beach lovers, and those seeking peace and quiet.
The Empordà region is known for its open landscapes, green hills, and endless hiking and biking trails. From Villa Nova, you can be surrounded by nature in just a few minutes.
