A Spanish 'menú del día'

In Spain, people eat hot at noon, and most restaurants therefore serve a typical Spanish three-course menu(menú del día), usually between 1:00 and 3:30 p.m. The menu is served at noon. There is a choice between a few freshly made starters and main courses, and of course a dessert should not be missing. Restaurant La Taverna del Barri Vell is located in one of the many narrow streets in Figueres, with a small but cozy outdoor terrace. Besides a delicious 'menú del día' (€18,00 p.p., including wine & bread) you can also go there for dinner in the evening. (from 19:30 hours)
