This attractive and complete vacation home has a beautiful south-facing garden and is just 20 meters from a large general pool area with sunbathing lawn. It is never crowded and with plenty of space this place gives you even more peace and quiet. The area is full of beautiful authentic villages but nearby are also beautiful beaches and cozy coastal towns. With as many as four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, this is an ideal stay for two families with children.
The living room is tastefully decorated and has a separate dining area and a modern semi-open kitchen. A wide sliding door gives access to the terrace and deep garden. There are plenty of books and magazines available, and things like television and internet are well arranged.
Villa Tretze has no less than four double bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is plenty of space which is ideal for 2 families. On the first floor is the first bedroom with private bathroom. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. All rooms have closet space and shutters, the bathrooms are luxuriously finished including a walk-in shower. (The two largest bedrooms are also air conditioned.
The large private garden (ca.350m2) has a covered terrace, a sun terrace with a beautifully overgrown pergola. There is comfortable garden furniture, including sunbeds and a lounge set. From the garden (20 meters away) you can easily walk to the pool area, with large sunbathing area and outdoor showers. It is never crowded, you can swim and relax, it is 100% child-friendly.
The villa is practically laid out, receives a lot of personal attention and the details have not been forgotten. Parking is available on private property (max.1 car), in front of the door is ample additional parking.

Villa Tretze is located on the prestigious Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort in Navata. Set amidst the stunning scenery of the Empordà on the Costa Brava, this beloved resort offers exceptional views of the Pyrenees to the Mediterranean. Day trip to the beach? Famous seaside resorts such as Cadaqués, Roses, Empuriabrava and L´Escala are nearby.
The Torremirona Golf & Spa Resort offers much more besides a beautifully landscaped 18-hole golf course. For example, there is a large sports and wellness center, with a wide range of activities and sports for all ages. (Fitness, tennis, spa area, kids club, hairdresser & beautician) At the resort there are two restaurants, within walking distance from the villa. In the village of Navata there is a small supermarket, nearby a few fresh bakeries and 5 minutes away there are several large supermarkets.
In the immediate vicinity are further all kinds of authentic villages, such as Besalú and Paralada, with sights, weekly markets and restaurants. Just 5 km away is the lively town of Figueres, with its typical Spanish Rambla, stores and tapas bars. Figueres has become especially famous for the painter Salvador Dalí; a visit to his world-famous museum is a must!
Barcelona and Girona are easily accessible. From Figueres it is even possible to travel by TGV/high-speed train. This will take you to the center of Barcelona in just 50 minutes, or to beautiful Girona in less than 15 minutes.
