Safe on holiday to Spain
The global Covid-19 pandemic makes many people unsure about booking a vacation. Regulatory changes for international travel are still in effect and we understand that there are questions. We are happy to help you!
In order to provide you with the best possible service, we inform you about our policy regarding bookings, cancellations, Spanish security measures and the Bonvida holiday villas in corona time.
Bookings & Cancellations
When you book one of our holiday villas, you never pay everything in advance. This is not necessary at all. The payment is divided into three, more or less equal, installments, with the last installment to be paid on the day of arrival in Spain. Read more about reservation and payment
In these exceptional times we can happily assure you that in a force majeure situation you will not lose your deposit (s). In this case, we will consult with you to move the holiday to another desired date. We are as flexible as possible, so that you always retain the right to your booked holiday villa.
What is a force majeure situation?
This situation arises if we cannot deliver your booked holiday villa to you due to applicable restrictions imposed by the Spanish government / authorities. Conversely, your home country may prohibit travel to Spain. Keep in mind that quarantine after your stay and the requirement for a Corona test do not justify relocation of the holiday.
Two situations can arise:
In summary: you book a beautiful holiday villa without the risk of losing your down payment.
